Deposits

All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, however we do have a rescheduling policy so as you won’t have to forfeit your deposit.

Waiver and Release Policy

In consideration for me/or my guests being permitted to participate in the activities of waterfowl and/or turkey hunting. I agree to the following waiver and release.

I acknowledge that waterfowl/turkey hunting and boating have inherent risks, hazards and dangers for anyone that cannot be eliminated, particularly in a wilderness and/or offshore environment.  

I understand that these risks, hazards and dangers include:

• The risk of handling firearms and being near others that have firearms in their possession.
• The risk of injury from ammunition and shot from others guns.
• The risk of walking in rugged country, including encounters with wildlife, animals and insects.
• The risk of temperature extremes and inclement weather conditions.
• The risk of injury from riding on an all terrain vehicle (ATV) or any vehicle used off the paved road.
• The risk of injury from the use of floating or elevated fixed duck blinds.
• The risk of injury loading on and off boats as well as watercraft navigation during the course of waterfowl hunting.

I/We understand the risks, hazards and dangers of waterfowl and/or turkey hunting and have had the opportunity to discuss them with the principle and/or members of 

OUTDOOR ACTION AND THE MEMBERS OF MY/OUR HUNTING PARTY.

I/We understand that these activities may require good physical conditioning and a degree of skill and knowledge. I/We believe that I/We have good physical conditioning and the degree of skill and knowledge necessary for participating in these activities safely. I/We understand my/our responsibilities. My/Our participation in these activities is purely voluntary. No one is forcing me/us to participate and I/We elect to participate in spite of the risks. I/We are voluntarily using the services of OUTDOOR ACTION with full knowledge of the inherent risks, hazards and dangers involved and hereby assume and accept any and all risks of injury, paralysis or death.

Lastly, I/We hereby knowingly and intentionally waive and release, indemnify and hold harmless OUTDOOR ACTION, THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS AND VOLUNTEERS from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, suits, expenses, (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) which are related to; arise out of, or are in anyway connected with my/our participation in this activity connected with my/our participation in this activity including but not limited to, negligence of any kind of nature, whether foreseen, arising directly or indirectly out of any damage, loss, injury, paralysis, or death to me/us or my/our property as  result of my/our engaging in these activities or the use of these animals, equipment, whether such loss, injury, paralysis, or death results from negligence of the PRINCIPLE AND/OR THE MEMBERS OF OUTDOOR ACTION or from some other cause. I/We, My/Our, heirs, successors, executors, amd surrogates, further agree not to sue the PRINCIPLE AND/OR THE MEMBERS OF OUTDOOR ACTION as a result of any injury, paralysis, or death suffered in connection with my/our use and participation in the activities of  OUTDOOR ACTION.

I/WE HAVE CAREFULLY READ, CLEARLY UNDERSTAND AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE WAIVER AND RELEASE POLICY.
